CXApp Inc, a Nasdaq-listed enterprise agentic AI company, said on Monday it had signed a three-year agreement worth more than $1.4 million with a global investment management firm, the company’s second major financial services contract disclosed this year.
The deal will license CXApp’s CXAI platform to more than 10,000 employees at roughly 40 locations across North America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region, the company said in a statement.
Implementation has begun with a phased rollout that will scale to the full licensed workforce, CXApp said.
The agreement follows a previously announced deal worth more than $2.5 million with what CXApp described as a Fortune 100 global financial services company. Combined, the two contracts represent more than $3.9 million in aggregate value, the company said.
“This is becoming a pattern,” Khurram Sheikh, chairman and chief executive of CXApp, said in the statement. He said the two agreements “demonstrate growing commercial validation” for the company’s platform, known as CXAI 2.0, among what he called sophisticated global enterprises.
Sheikh said both customers had put CXApp through competitive evaluations, as well as security and procurement reviews, before selecting the platform.
CXApp said the latest customer chose its technology after assessing its product roadmap for agentic AI, its ability to work within complex corporate IT systems, and its track record with large, multinational workplaces.
The deployment covers three areas of CXApp’s technology, according to the company.
The first, called Employee Experience, gives staff a single application for workplace services. The second, Enterprise Communications, is designed to let companies send targeted messages to employees across mobile devices, web browsers and workplace collaboration tools.
The third, Workplace Intelligence, uses a CXApp analytics tool called CXAI Vu to convert data on how offices are used into decisions about space allocation, occupancy levels and property portfolios, the company said.
CXApp said CXAI Vu now includes a conversational analytics feature that allows corporate leaders to query workplace data using natural language, rather than standard dashboards, and move more quickly from data to decisions.
CXApp describes itself as an enterprise agentic AI platform company that combines workplace technology, data analytics and automation tools.
It says its platform is designed to connect employees, physical office locations, business workflows and company data to help organizations act on information rather than simply collect it.
The company, which trades on Nasdaq under the symbol CXAI, said it serves customers in the technology, financial services, healthcare and media industries, among others. It said it has grown both organically and through acquisitions.
Sheikh said the company’s strategy centered on winning large enterprise clients, delivering successful rollouts, growing recurring revenue and then expanding those customer relationships as CXApp adds further AI capabilities.
“Our focus now is execution and building on this momentum,” he said.
CXApp’s statement included forward-looking projections about its business and financial performance that are not guaranteed and are subject to risks including competition, regulatory change, and the potential loss of customers, the company said.
Such projected figures have not been audited or reviewed by the company’s auditors.
